- No Personal Information: We don't collect names, emails, or any personal data
- No Third-Party Services: No Google Analytics, no external tracking
What We Do
- End-to-End Encryption: Notes are encrypted in your browser before transmission
- In-Memory Storage: Notes are stored only in volatile memory
- Automatic Deletion: Notes are permanently deleted when they self-destruct
- HTTPS Only: All communication is encrypted in transit
- Rate Limiting: Basic protection against abuse without logging
Technical Details
- Notes are encrypted using AES-GCM with keys derived in your browser
- Decryption keys are never sent to our servers
- We cannot read your notes even with full server access
- No persistent storage on disk - everything is in memory
- Automatic cleanup of expired notes every minute
Legal Compliance
We comply with GDPR and CCPA by design - we don't collect personal data, so there's nothing to protect or delete. If law enforcement requests data, we have nothing to provide.
